MailHub is my go-to email management tool for Mac Mail. This plugin helps me file and delete based on sender, thread, and more. It remembers where you put an email and next time you get another message from the same person or thread - it will auto-suggest where you may want to file it. It also create new inboxes, allows you to set reminders for messages and has a "send later" feature. I use it EVERY time I use email. It is a mega-time saver for me.
