This is Jung, co-founder and CEO of Klipy again — an actual simple CRM for entrepreneurs and adventurous business builders. Today, we’re officially launching the Mailroom by Klipy, and we’re excited to show the world our newest feature to change how we grow.

TL;DR - Mailroom automatically routes your incoming emails based on sales signals, tags them for follow-up, and updates the CRM automatically in the background.

This was originally built from my own frustration with Hubspot, which I never managed to keep the records up to date for the small consultancy I am running on the side. Running a business means wearing a lot of hats at the same time, often switching from call to call and meeting to meeting. All the valuable information gets lost and tasks can easily fall through the cracks.

Here’s what Mailroom does for you

🧠 Detect important emails for follow up and attach a tag (Gmail only) for you to easily find them

📚 Summarize emails with strong purchase intent and automatically log in the CRM for the future

✍🏻 Automatically create contact & company records, and enrich them with our AI Agents with web search and B2B databases

🤖 Detect and filter irrelevant emails such as system emails, simple confirmations or casual conversations from being entered into the CRM
